It’s rather disgusting that people actually watch this thing live on the telly vision, while food aid organizations can’t keep up with demand.
I’ve seen video clips. That’s enough. The concept and the execution are both throw-up making.

I didn’t have to watch the clips to have my stomach upset. That’s just disgusting. Especially at a point of time like this. Anywhere.
Some persons consider “competitive eating” a sport. You know, like tennis or gymnastics.
Some persons are nuts.
The same “persons” that consider synchronized swimming or badminton a sport. Or beachball.
Synchronized swimming is a dance. But at least it requires some skills other than gluttony.
Last I read, gluttony wasn’t skill.
It was one of the seven deadly sins.
One need not be Catholic to believe in deadly sins.
